Her journey to being healed and whole through Naturopathic medicine started when she met a neuronutrient therapist who helped her get off of pharmaceutical medication for ADHD, Anxiety and Depression. She took amino Acids every 4 hours as she had to rebuild the Amino Acids that her body had developed a chemical dependence on from the medication for 25 years. She later found out about NAD IVs that got her body to produce the chemicals on her own again and only had to take the Amino Acids one time a day. Then she found out about neurofeedback which caused her ADHD symptoms to the point she was no longer diagnosable as having ADHD after 40 sessions of neurofeedback on her post EEG screening. She realized later when she interbed with Dr Hummiston that the 500mg that she was given at the Hitt Clinic in Morelia Mexico wasn’t sufficient enough to treat the neurotransmitters she needed for her mental health conditions so she got 8 more treatments of NAD at the CHWB in San Diego while she got 40 more sessions of neurofeedback which was recommended by Dr Maystayer the 1st NAD IV practitioner in the United States. She continued to progress in her mental health and improved academically in school with her ability to memorize and focus she was able to easily pass her Medical Assistant and Health and Life Insurance examinations. She had previously taken the Health and Life Examinations before the treatments but passed only the Health and not the Life section.

She was also able to perform better in Teacher Credentialing and Masters in Counseling courses than she had in her Undergraduate degree and maintained the 3.0 necessary to graduate as a teacher in Special Education while working full-time as a teacher in her paid internship. She also maintained a 3.0 in her master’s in Counseling classes while she worked part-time doing political campaign work and as a property manager for her Air B&B as well as completed her counseling practicum at Dr Hummiston’s clinic Emerald Neurorecover in Carmel Indiana where she learned the protocols necessary 900-1200mg to pass the blood brain barrier to treat psychiatric conditions and addictions with a blend of NAD and other amino Acids that she was familiar with taking orally. Taking the herbalist certification course from Joanna Helms, BA, RH, AHG taught her how to address underlying conditions in the body that can contribute to mental health in order to rule those factors out before treating their conditions with amino acids. For instance a Candida test should be done with the Zyto scan equipment to find out if the person has an overgrowth of Candida that can lead to a multitude of health problems affecting mental health such as a foggy mind that needs to be cleaned out for 40 days as well as sticking to a sugar free, caffeine free, alcohol free diet. My connection to nature by grounding myself daily and with traveling and doing yoga outside in the red sun light at sunrise or sunset daily helps me with my connection to nature and has led to a fascination with the healing properties of herbs. This passion led her to pursue extensive education in holistic health as a Holistic BSN working towards a DNP as a Psychiatric Mental health nurse Practitioner where she is studying the power of natural remedies and the impact of mind-body-spirit alignment.
